i bought a andis phat master from FactoryOutletStore.com that were suppose to be new and the clipper was defective. it had a bunch of finger prints and the If it wasn't wrapped up and it was rusty then I would contact that place that I purchased it from,if you have the receipt,that would help out as well,or they must have a record that you purchased this product on line and contact the company on the home page.Hope this helps.
